Leicester City, Leeds United’s competitors for promotion from the Championship, have gained significant momentum in their pursuit of an instant return to the Premier League, albeit not without controversy.
Tuesday night’s 3-1 victory over Swansea City marked the league leaders Enzo Maresca’s return to Championship play. The Foxes now sit ten points clear of second-place Ipswich Town and twelve ahead of Leeds, who are in fourth place.
