The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a trade that will send two-time Super Bowl cornerback L’Jarius Sneed to the Tennessee Titans. Sneed, a former fourth-round pick, has spent his entire career with the Chiefs.Sneed originally entered the league as a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Louisiana Tech product, drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs, spent much of the season on short-term injured reserve.

However, he was productive when healthy, recording three interceptions, seven passes defensed, two sacks, 41 tackles and two tackles for loss in nine games. The Chiefs reached the Super Bowl before losing Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.The cornerback built on his promising rookie season to earn a full-time job in 2021. L’Jarius Sneed, who started 15 games, finished his sophomore season with two interceptions, eight passes defensed, one sack, 76 tackles and seven tackles for loss.

The Chiefs battled their way to the AFC Championship Game before falling to the Cincinnati Bengals.Sneed returned to the same role in 2022 and had another strong season. Starting all 17 games, the cornerback recorded three interceptions, 11 passes defended, three forced fumbles..
