Theo Corbeanu, a winger for the Canadian team, expressed his happiness after completing his transfer from Wolverhampton Wanderers after being offered by Granada.
The forward, who ended his disastrous tenure at Molineux by joining the Spanish team for €1.5 million at the close of the January transfer window, has been speaking during his presentation today.
After joining them in August 2021, he progressed to the U21 squad before joining Sheffield Wednesday on loan. He began his career with them in the U18 division. He then played for MK Dons, Blackpool, Armenia Bielefeld, and Grasshoppers before finally making a comeback in January of this year.

In that period, he only managed one, eight-minute appearance for Wolves’ first team, which strongly implied that he was not going to be a part of their future plans.
That most likely resulted in his sale to Granada last month, where the Spanish team added him to their roster in an attempt to add more players to aid in their fight against La Liga relegation. Corbeanu is eager to get going with that, acknowledging that ever since he was a small child, he has desired to play in Spain.

He only played one eight-minute game for Wolves’ first team during that time, which made it quite clear that he was not going to be a part of their plans moving forward.
That probably led to his sale to Granada last month, where the Spanish team signed him to a contract in an effort to bolster their lineup in preparation for La Liga relegation. Corbeanu is excited to get started on that, admitting that he has wanted to play in Spain since he was a little youngster.
