SAD NEWS: MIAMI’S KEY PLAYER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO………

Marcelin’s journey to Penn State will be his second. The Nittany Lions made him an offer in May, and during the summer he visited the school.

Marcelin spoke with defensive coordinator Tom Allen, who will also serve as the linebackers’ coach, recently at Miami Central.

“I got a good feel for it the first time I went up there so I just want to get up there more and spend a couple of more days there,” he stated. “I would like to speak with the DC for a little while longer. It was wonderful that he came out here on Tuesday, and we had a conversation. I’d like to see them once again.”

Florida hasn’t offered yet, but Marcelin spent last weekend on campus having a meeting.

“It was pretty awesome,” he remarked. “I enjoy the surroundings. I liked how they discussed education a lot the entire time we were traveling. The stadium was enormous. The players communicated with me in a way that informed me of everything.”

Despite not being selected for College GameDay, Providence-Georgetown was the first game on Saturday among a packed schedule because everyone was curious to watch some broken hearts reconcile. Ed Cooley and Providence were involved. The pregame parade was an absolute wild ride, but the Providence supporters maintained composure, pelted its old coach, who had awkwardly left for Georgetown, with jeers, and went on to defeat Cooley’s Hoyas by eight points in a game that was far closer than that.

However, the 152-game schedule on Saturday offered significantly more spectacle. To determine the game, Baylor and TCU required three overtimes. There were enormous ramifications to the double-overtime conflict between Butler and Villanova. Utah State defeated Boise State on the road in overtime to preserve its amazing season. What
