Clement problems Updates on Danilo, Jack, Barisic, and Lawrence’s injuries

Early in December, in a 1-0 victory over Hearts, the Brazilian attacker sustained a knee injury that needed surgery. Earlier in the campaign, Danilo had already taken a significant injury when he broke his cheekbone in a head-on collision with Liam Gordon.

Clement has a hole at the top of the pitch as a result of his most recent injury. Additionally, Kemar Roofe did not go to La Manga for the team’s training camp in the warm weather.

Upon his team’s 1-0 friendly loss to Hertha Berlin, Clement remarked, “It’s evident they won’t be available for the next few weeks, otherwise they would be here.”

[Will they play this season once more?] “Ask me if they will play again this season in two or three months; that’s a little bit early. The season has a long way to go. Ryan Jack has resumed his training, but we need to gradually increase his volume because of his past ailments.

Borna Barisic, Jack and Tom Lawrence all missed out today. They did separate training but they are also coming back from injury.

“So we’re not yet with the full squad ready for the moment. We know that but we’re going to work hard the next few weeks to get more and more players available.

Rangers lost 1-0 against Hertha Berlin on Saturday. The German outfit were also training at La Manga as they step up preparations for their Bundesliga 2 campaign to resume.

“On a pitch that wasn’t the best, we saw nice stuff. We attempted to create space on a pitch that wasn’t the biggest by playing at a good tempo against a squad that waited for transitions and didn’t want the ball. Thus, those are the conditions that make it harder to score the goal,” Clement went on.

“I observed the effort and many players’ good intentions, which is what we currently need.” The players are likely to go pretty deep this week and the next, so they will be able to cash in on that profit in the coming weeks. However, it will grant them greater abilities over the ensuing several months.
