Leeds United player angrily announce his exit due to …..

Pundit Don Goodman speculates that Leeds United’s unwillingness to trade Wilfried Gnonto during the summer transfer window may have been a “lucky escape” for Everton.

The player continued to play at Elland Road and started the opening Championship match of the season against Cardiff City, despite appearing eager to transfer. So far this season, the winger has made 21 appearances in the league.

He has only managed one goal and one assist in those outings. Since late October, he has only started one league game due to his struggles with consistent starts.

The Italian missed the last few days of training due to a hip issue, and as a result, he is now doubtful for tomorrow’s Championship match at Elland Road against Preston North End. During the January transfer window, speculation about his future has resurfaced. Everton is rumored to be rekindling their interest, while West Ham United is the most recent team to be connected with a bid.

However, Don Goodman, a pundit for Sky Sports, has said that neither club would benefit from signing the winger. He’s gone so far as to suggest that the Toffees’ escape from the young international was fortunate.

“It’s actually a humorous one,” Goodman said to MOT Leeds News. “The way he handled everything when he went on strike last summer was obviously quite unsavoury. Good heavens, that is the worst.

That will deter managers and other football teams from signing you. I recognize that he was misled by his agency and that he is a young, impressionable man. It is obvious that his agent should not have allowed that to happen.
