DEAL DONE:LUIS SINISTERRA HAVE BEEN SIGNED PERMANENTLY BY Bournemouth

After first acquiring the Colombian on loan, it was revealed on Friday that Bournemouth had agreed to purchase Luis Sinisterra permanently from Leeds United. According to reports, the signing will cost the Cherries approximately £20 million, thus Daniel Farke’s team won’t have suffered a loss.

Jaidon Anthony made another temporary swap when Sinisterra relocated to the Vitality Stadium last summer. Leeds supporters may have been curious about what the former’s commitment to Bournemouth meant for the latter now that it has been made.

Journalist Tom Crocker of the Bournemouth Echo has, very simply, dispelled any hopes Leeds fans may have had that Anthony’s transfer would result in a long-term deal.

He has made it clear that the Englishman, whose loan agreement does not include a buyout option, would not be impacted by Sinisterra’s departure. As things stand, he is scheduled to return to the south coast in July for preseason.

Permanent relocation improbable in light of January rumors
Despite making 24 appearances for Leeds following the successful trade, Farke has only started Anthony in the starting lineup twice in the league. As you can see in the table below, the German has favored to utilize him as a replacement, starting him 19 times in total—at least three more than any other member of the squad.
