The Premier League three of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United are among the clubs reportedly pursuing the Slovenian international. Elvis Basanovic, Sesko’s agent, has been sighted at Arsenal and United games this season, so we know that at some point, there was talk.
If the interest is sincere enough to justify a formal offer, only time will tell. But according to a recent report from The Mirror, Sesko would want to stay at Arsenal this summer. Although Chelsea and United may be disappointed by this, there has been little indication that either team was prepared to give the striker top priority this summer.
Chelsea and United might be considering alternative options. After joining from Red Bull Salzburg in 2019, he has only been at RB Leipzig for a year, but if they can negotiate a good deal, they are willing to cash in this summer. When we all get to see Sesko up close and personal, he will be representing Slovenia at Euro 2024.
