Snooker legend Ronnie O’Sullivan has disclosed whether or not he will participate in the Middle East as Saudi Arabia starts to invest heavily in the game.
It was revealed in January that Saudi Arabia would host a new 167 snooker format in March. There will be a glaring golden ball added to it that is worth 20 points if potted.
Once players have potted all 22 balls on the table and reached a maximum break of 167, they will have the chance to pot it. O’Sullivan announced he will be competing in the colorful Middle Eastern competition, which is quickly approaching.

Players will be allowed to pot it once they have reached a maximum break of 167 and potted all 22 balls on the table. O’Sullivan declared that he would be participating in the soon-to-be vibrant Middle Eastern competition.

O’Sullivan will participate in the tournament, which takes place from March 4 to March 6. When the extraordinary plan was first floated in January, the 48-year-old had already shown his interest in it.
