CURRENTLY: Pascal struijk injury is getting worse by the day as…………….
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Rajpal Brar, an expert on injuries, as a new exclusive columnist. He will provide his opinions on Leeds United’s injury situation every week.
Dr Rajpal Brar claims that Pascal Struijk, a defender for Leeds United, may be sidelined for a few weeks due to a Grade 4 tear in his groin.
According to the injury expert, the defender’s best-case scenario is a Grade 1 or 2 injury that won’t keep him out for very long.
The Dutch defender last played for the Whites back in December, scoring in the 2-1 loss against Preston North End.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Struijk:
Surgery is usually reserved for situations of multiple reinjuries or prolonged pain and suffering lasting months to years following groin injuries.
“He could be out for several weeks due to a Grade 4 rupture.”
This season, Struijk has made 23 league appearances under Daniel Farke, playing every time he is fit.
He has become one of the Whites’ most vital first-team players after scoring three goals and playing excellent defense.
Joe Rodon, Liam Cooper’s partner at center defense for Leeds, fills in for him.
